Refund policy

We have a 30-day issue reporting policy. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@fortiscreed.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Because our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size ordered, incorrect color selected, or change of mind.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is required, we will provide instructions at that time. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.


Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer size exchanges at this time. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

If your refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost item, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
