Order Processing

All Fortis Creed products are made to order. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after order processing is complete.

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–15 business days

International Orders: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and products ordered.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. Fortis Creed is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@fortiscreed.com within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.
